• use only oil-free cleansing and makeup removing products

• use your conditioning treatment oils daily to maintain softness

• avoid sleeping on your face for the first 24 hours

• no tanning, steam, sauna, hot yoga, or swimming for 24-48 hours

• maintenance is recommended every 6-8 weeks for best results
