Cancellation or reschedule requests with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% feed.

 

Out of the mutual respect for our clients and Estheticians, please arrive 5 minutes early or on time to your appointment. Anything over 10 minutes may result in rescheduling your appointment day and time.

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours in advance. 

 

While we will always be understanding and accommodating of situations (out of your control or otherwise) that cause appointment adjustments, please know any fee associated with cancelling, rescheduling or no showing your appointment will not be waived.​
