CLIENTS WHO FAIL TO SHOW UP TO THEIR FIRST APPOINTMENT WILL BE RESTRICTED FROM SCHEDULING FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WITH US

Out of the mutual respect for our clients and Estheticians, please arrive 5 minutes early or on time to your appointment.

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours in advance. 

cancellations or reschedule requests with less than 24 hour notice:

1st instance - $25 fee

2nd instance - 50% of total scheduled service fee

Thereafter - 100% of total scheduled service fee

Late arrivals that require a rescheduled appointment to accommodate the original appointment request:

$25 fee

Cancelling part of your appointment with less than 24 hour notice:

50% of cancelled service(s)

Appointments that book out 90 minutes or more require a deposit:

50% of scheduled service(s) to hold the requested appointment time.

New Client Appointments

 

Deposit of 50% of total scheduled service(s)

Refundable if cancelled or rescheduled no later than 48 hours in advance

Apprentice Appointments

 

Deposit of 50% of total scheduled service(s)

Refundable if cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours in advance

 

ALL RETAIL SALES ARE FINAL

IF A PRODUCT HAS BEEN OPENED WE CANNOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND IT
